⑦ 1 single-phase socket (220V/5A)

*The Fascia board and 0.5mW-side-panels shall be uniformly made by the organizer and shall not be modified by exhibitors; the self-decoration area only includes the White Wall Panel and Information Counter, and the expenses shall be borne by exhibitors.
b) in Wuhan, Chengdu, and Guangzhou

*The Fascia board shall be uniformly made by the organizer and shall not be modified by exhibitors; the self-decoration area only includes the White Wall Panel and Information Counter, and the expenses shall be borne by exhibitors.
2. Corner booth is offered on ‘first come, first served’ basis and subject to availability.
3. Raw space is available with minimum size of 4 booths. Exhibitors will design and build their own booths at their own cost.
4. Co-exhibitor means two institutions share one booth, and booth fee is subject to 25% surcharge based on each booth. Co-exhibitor will be entitled to two exhibitor names in the fascia board and two descriptions at CEE website.
5. Please note that the Beijing hanging sign fee is only for the advertisement fee. Exhibitors will also have to pay 2500 CNY for the hanging point fee. Any other expenses caused by the design and build of the hanging sign should pay the relevant company separately.
Your booth fee also includes the following benefits:

2. Each exhibitor will have 4 free badges with lunch for the whole tour to gain admission into the exhibition hall;

Standard Booth Sample +
1. Beijing & Shanghai (Standard Booth Size: 3mWx2.5mD, 2.5mH)
① Fascia board: 0.23mH × 3mL, The organizer is responsible for printing exhibitor’s name on it.
② White wall panel: 0.96mW × 2.3mH. 0.003m Thickness, Generally, the exhibitors who book a regular standard booths have 7 panels to decorate, but for corner booths, there are only 5 panels to decorate.
③ Single phase socket: 220V/5A, One socket per booth.
④ Side-panel: 0.5mW × 2.5mH, The 0.5mW x 2.5mH side-panel covering will be specifically designed and made by the organizer. Without permission, exhibitor shall not cover or change the fascia and the 0.5mW x 2.5mH side-panel set by the organizer.
⑤ Information Counter: 1mL × 0.5mW × 0.75mH, Two information counters each booth.
⑥ Square/Round table: 0.75mL × 0.75mW × 0.76mH or 0.8mD × 0.75mH, One table per booth.
⑦ Others: floor fully carpeted, 5 Folding Chairs (White), 2 lights, one waste basket.
2. Wuhan, Chengdu & Guangzhou (Standard booth size: 3mWx2mD, 2.5mH)
① Fascia board: 0.3mH × 3mL, Exhibitor name will be listed on the booth fascia. Without permission, exhibitor shall not change or cover the fascia set by the organizer.
② White wall panel: 0.96mW × 2.3mH. 0.003m, Thickness, Generally, the exhibitors who book a regular standard booths have 7 panels to decorate, but for corner booths, there are only 5 panels to decorate.
③ Single phase socket: 220V/5A, One socket per booth.
④ IBM Table: 1.83mL × 0.45mW × 0.75mH, IBM table is with tablecloth, not applicable for decoration. For those who will decorate with printing-board etc, please order information counters at extra charge.
⑤ Others: floor fully carpeted, 4 Chairs, 2 lights, one waste basket.
3. Regular booth vs. Corner booth
A standard booth (regular) is decorated with three-side panels, while a standard booth (corner) faces two aisles, with two sides open plus another two sides with panels.
Remote Participation +
1. Mini Space Booth (Booth size: 2mWx2mD, 2.5mH)
Mini space booth fee includes one open space with booth set-up, 1 table with 4 chairs, one interpreter, one monitor with free wireless internet connection for video meeting.
2. Meeting Table (3 hours/city)
Meeting Table fee includes 1 table with 4 chairs, one interpreter, one monitor with free wireless internet connection for video meeting, 3 hours for each city.
3. Webinar（CNY5,000/session）
Each session includes 30 minutes duration, 50-people capacity room, laptop with free wireless internet connection, AV equipment and multi-media projector. Time slots are limited and will be confirmed by 'first come, first served' basis.
